Details you enter in the calculators

The name, birth date and birth time you enter in the birth chart, rising sign, numerology and similar tools are used for the calculation in your browser only. They are not sent to our server and we do not store them.

To find the coordinates and time zone of your birth place, only the country, province and district you type are sent to our server, which passes the place name on to the Open-Meteo and, if needed, OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) location services. Those services see our server’s address, not your IP address. Place results are cached for up to 30 days for speed and are not linked to you.

Remembering details on this device

If you tick “Remember my details on this device”, what you entered is kept in your browser’s local storage so you do not have to type it again. It stays on your device and we cannot see it. Unticking the option or pressing “Delete my saved details” removes it at once.

Contact form

When you write to us from the contact page, your name, e-mail address, subject and message are kept in our admin panel only so that we can reply. We do not share them and delete them after replying, within 12 months at the latest. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Cookies

We use no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. The only cookies are those the site needs to work:

• astronua-lang: remembers the site language you chose for one year.
• payload-token: a session cookie only for editors signed in to the admin panel.

Technical logs and security

The site runs on a Hetzner server in Germany and is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses to deliver pages quickly and protect the site from attacks. Our server and these providers may keep technical logs such as IP address, time and requested page for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. To prevent abuse of the place lookup and the contact form, your IP address is used only in a short-lived request counter held in memory and not stored.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and working (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).

International transfers

The site and its database may run on cloud servers outside your country, and the location services are abroad. What reaches them is limited to the technical logs and place names described above.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Write to us at [iletişim e-postası].
